These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between S&M Trading Limited (“we,” “our,” “us”) and the customer (“you,” “your”) in relation to the purchase of products and services from our website or physical store.
All payments made to us are for a one-off purchase and are strictly for single usage of the relevant product or service. We do not offer subscription-based services or recurring billing arrangements.
Prices for products and services are stated in Japanese Yen (JP¥) or U.S. Dollars (US$) and are subject to change without prior notice. Any promotional pricing is offered at our sole discretion.
Full payment is required before the order will be processed or a service will be scheduled.
A confirmation of purchase, including the applicable delivery timeframes, will be sent to your registered email address upon completion of the checkout process.
By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, S&M Trading Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the purchase or use of our products and services.
We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, side effects, or outcomes that differ from individual expectations unless caused by our proven negligence.
No guarantees, warranties, or representations are made regarding the specific results of any product or service.
Our total liability in any circumstance shall be limited to the total purchase price of the product or service giving rise to the claim.
These policies and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
